Manchester United are in a rush to sell players this January to avoid breaching Profit and Sustainability Rules. They plan to use the funds to bring in reinforcements for coach Ruben Amorim.
Due to their 13th position in the Premier League, the majority of the squad is up for sale, including several big-name players.
One player attracting interest is Marcus Rashford, who is being targeted by Como FC from Italy. Despite this interest, Rashford has declined an offer from Como and is now being pursued by AC Milan and Barcelona.
Como’s Interest in Malacia
Como is not stopping at Rashford and is now eyeing Rashford’s teammate, Tyrell Malacia. Journalist Alfredo Pedulla revealed that Como is interested in the left-back Malacia who is currently with Manchester United.
“Como is actively looking to add more talent to their team. They are now targeting Tyrell Malacia, a left back born in 1999 and owned by Manchester United.
“Malacia has other suitors, but Como is determined to bring him in to strengthen their squad under Fabregas.”
Malacia, who was the first signing by former manager Erik ten Hag, has struggled with form since returning from a long-term injury.
The 25-year-old has had limited playing time under Amorim and has shown signs of struggling with fitness and pace since his return from injury.

Despite Malacia’s challenges, Amorim is in need of reinforcements at left wingback and is considering Malacia for the role. It is unclear whether Como will sign Malacia permanently or on loan, and the bid amount has not been disclosed.
There is interest in Malacia from Juventus in Serie A as well as clubs in Germany and France. It remains to be seen if Malacia will be on the move during the winter transfer window.
