Ryan Crouser Continues to Shine!
The first day of the 20th World Athletics Outdoor Championships had something for everyone!
The Men’s and Women’s 35k Race Walks were held in the morning on a course that was well-supported
by fans, giving Japan its very first medal of this championships in the Mens’ 35k Race Walk.
In the evening, the Women’s 10,000 meters and Men’s shot put kept the fans of distances and throws
entertained!
The final event of the night, the Mixed 4×4 gave the U.S.A. its first gold and The Netherlands a fine silver
with audience favorite, Femke Bol.
The crowd, at just over 56,000 fans opened the first day of the World Championships just as Seb Coe,
