Romford Heavyweight sensation Johnny Fisher is set to continue his streak of explosive knockouts as he faces experienced Ukrainian Andriy Rudenko at the Copper Box Arena in London on Saturday, September 28. The event will be broadcast live worldwide on DAZN.
The 25-year-old Fisher, with a record of 12-0 and 11 KOs, is looking to build on his impressive one-round victory over Alen Babic in his last bout. He will go head-to-head with Rudenko, who boasts a record of 36-7 with 22 KOs, in a ten-round scheduled match.
The card also features World Title action, with Rhiannon Dixon defending her WBO Lightweight World Title against domestic rival Terri Harper in what promises to be an exciting all-British showdown.
Dixon, from Warrington, won the vacant WBO crown by defeating Karen Elizabeth Carabajal last April and will now defend her title against Harper, a former World Champion at Super-Featherweight and Super-Welterweight.
In addition, there are other exciting matchups on the card, including Liverpool’s Peter McGrail facing Brad Foster for the WBA International Title, Cameron Vuong looking to extend his unbeaten streak, and George Liddard making his debut at the Copper Box Arena.
A number of rising stars will also be in action, including Giorgio Visioli, Ibraheem Sulaimaan, Jimmy Sains, Brandon Scott, and Josh Babb.
“The Copper BOSH Arena is going to be buzzing once again on September 28,” Fisher commented. “The Bull Army always brings the energy to East London, and I’m ready to take on my toughest challenge yet in Rudenko. I’m prepared for whatever he brings to the ring.”
