Charlie Cummings gives his top DraftKings WNBA Pick6 plays and projections for Tuesday’s WNBA slate.
Five games are scheduled across Thursday’s WNBA slate. The action will kick off at 7:00 p.m. ET as the Wings play the Sun and the Valkyries play the Liberty. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will examine my top Pick6 plays for today’s action, 5/27/25. You simply choose whether each set statistic will be more or less than the set number. With the stage set, here are my favorite picks on the WNBA slate.
Satou Sabally More Than 21.5 Points
This Chicago Sky team is bad. Like bad bad. It’s only been three games, but having the worst defensive AND offensive rating in the league is quite the achievement.
Satou Sabally has been eating to start the year, regardless of the opponent. Kamilla Cardoso and Angel Reese can affect her shots, but this game is more than just the frontcourt matchups. Against a disorganized defense struggling for any consistency, in a game that could be a blowout, I’m banking on Satou getting hers early and often.
Allisha Gray More Than 18.5 Points
Allisha Gray’s excellence is nothing new. The two-time All-Star making a return trip to the ASG this season wouldn’t have surprised anyone. But man is she cooking right now.
The Sparks may have a solid team, but this defense needs work. A consistent and multi-faceted scorer like Gray can punish this group. If Rhyne Howard continues to struggle, they’ll need to lean on Gray for her creation. Even if Howard gets back on track, this contest should have plenty of buckets. You can look at my analysis here for a more detailed write-up of this game.

Nneka Ogwumike More Than 8.5 Rebounds
Nneka Ogwumike has been nothing short of dominant to start this season. The do-it-all former MVP is averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds to begin the year, and Tuesday will be her biggest test so far. Matching up with the reigning DPOY and current MVP favorite in Napheesa Collier will make or break you.
I think the Storm will do a fine job holding Collier to a less-than-superhuman stat line. And if they can keep her down somewhat, plenty of rebounds will be up for grabs. I’m counting on Nneka to be there when the ball is in the air.

Skylar Diggins-Smith Less Than 16.5 Points
Don’t get me wrong, I love how Skylar Diggins-Smith plays. But this is a tough, tough, tough Minnesota Lynx defense. And Diggins projects to see a lot of Courtney Williams on the ball, one of the best defensive competitors in the league.
This is a tough contest for the 34-year-old. Minnesota has many bodies to throw at her and can defend the pick-and-roll well. While it’s usually not the case, it won’t be Diggins’ night.

Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether or not you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.
How to Play
Create a Pick Set
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
