23 athletes have been selected for the Roses Academy programme in 2024-25.
The Roses Academy is part of the England Netball Player Pathway and supports young athletes on their journey towards being potential senior England internationals.
The Academy has gone from strength to strength and seen great success in recent years with Sophie Egbaran, Tamilore Fapohunda, Hannah Knightbridge, Isabella Phillips and Anya Williams the latest graduates to be elevated into the Future Roses for 2024-25.
The following 23 athletes have been selected to be part of the 2024-25 Roses Academy:
Shooters
Centre Court
Defenders
Deborah Adeyemi
Selections have been made after assessors observed athletes in action during the 2023-24 Netball Performance Leagues (NPL), as well as the NPL Tournament, and the U16 National Clubs event.
A selection weekend was then held on 7-8 September at Loughborough University with all the athletes in attendance in contention for a place in the Roses Academy.
