On Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November, the Vitality Roses will play the Jamaican Sunshine Girls in the opening leg of the Vitality Netball Horizon Series, an exciting new four-year series in the international netball calendar.
Creating a dedicated space for fans to get together, watch the games and celebrate the occasion, England Netball have partnered with Social Pub & Kitchen who will host watch parties at designated venues across the country.
The principle watch party will be held in Manchester City Centre, where Tank & Paddle will host a bottomless brunch before the game to be enjoyed by netball fans both from the city as well as those who have travelled to Manchester especially for the series. Tank & Paddle is also providing a special offer for ticket holders, who can redeem a free drink through the MiXR app during their visit.
With Caribbean themed decorations and music that are sure to delight fans of the Vitality Roses and the Sunshine Girls alike, Tank & Paddle will become a hub of netball activity across both days of the competition. And when it comes to watching the all-important match, Social Pub & Kitchen have got netball fans covered with the live action being screened across the nation along with elevated watch parties at the following locations:
London – The Three Lanterns, Leicester Square
Manchester – Tank & Paddle, Manchester
Birmingham – Gosta Green, Birmingham
After the conclusion of what is bound to be a thrilling game, fans in Manchester will head from Tank & Paddle to Walkabout, the designated after-party venue, where the celebrations will continue regardless of the result on court.
Head of Partnerships at England Netball Amy Buckle said: “We’re really excited to announce this project in partnership with Social Pub & Kitchen as international netball returns to Manchester this autumn. For ticket holders, there’ll be no better place to head to before and after the games than the Tank & Paddle!
