Former WNBA player Liz Cambage has joined internet content subscription service OnlyFans after retiring from the league. Fans were surprised by her career move.
The 6-foot-9 Australian player played in the WNBA for six seasons and also explored her passion for fashion during her basketball journey.
Since retiring, she has focused on modeling and transitioned to OnlyFans, where she claims to be earning more than she did in the WNBA.
Fans reacted to Liz Cambage’s decision on social media, with various opinions shared about her move to OnlyFans.
“I thought she joined Only Amazons,” one fan joked about Cambage’s new endeavor.
“A star makes an only fans and then is shocked when she makes more money on it,” another pointed out.

In her six WNBA seasons, Liz Cambage played for several teams and averaged impressive stats in scoring, rebounding, and blocks.

Liz Cambage last played in the WNBA for the LA Sparks in 2022 before requesting to be released from her contract midseason. She cited the need for “healing and personal growth” as her reason for leaving the league.
In an Instagram post, she expressed her feelings about stepping away from the game to focus on herself.
“While I’ll miss rocking the purple and gold, I’ll be taking this time to focus on my healing and personal growth … I’m hopeful that the WNBA will do their part in creating safer environments and a stronger support system for their players.”
She did not specify the changes she wanted in the WNBA but hinted at mental health and player well-being.
After her time in the WNBA, Liz Cambage continued her basketball career overseas and pursued other interests such as DJing and modeling.
