Femke Bol set a new European and national record in the 400m hurdles at Paris 2024 with a time of 50.95, making it the third fastest time ever in the event. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone holds the top two spots with faster times than Femke’s.
Nadine Visser also made headlines by setting a Dutch national record in the 100m hurdles with a time of 12.36. Mujinga Kambundji, who recently won the 200m European Championship and the World 60m Indoor Championship, ran an impressive 10.90 in the women’s 100 meters.

LA-CHAUX-DE-FONDS (SUI, Jul 14): The Resisprint meeting in La-Chaux-de-Fonds (WACT Challenger) delivered outstanding performances in the sprint and sprint hurdles events. Femke Bol broke the European 400m hurdles record with a time of 50.95, only the second athlete to go below 51 seconds. Nadine Visser won the 100m hurdles with a Dutch record of 12.36, while Mujinga Kambundji took the women’s 100m title with a time of 10.90. Salwa Eid Naser and Henriette Jaeger impressed in the 400m, with Naser running 49.66 and Jaeger setting a national record of 49.85.
