Lexie Hull and the Indiana Fever lost to the Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA semifinals during the 2025 playoffs, although they put up a fight and brought the series to a full five games.
Aside from WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson, one player who really made life hard for Indiana during the Aces series was Chelsea Gray, who averaged 12.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.6 steals.

The Aces went on to win the 2025 championship with both Wilson and Gray leading the way in a sweep of the Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA Finals.
Now, amid the WNBA offseason, Hull and Gray reunited, this time as teammates in Unrivaled — the 3-on-3 women’s basketball league founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart.

Both players returned to Rose BC, the champions of the inaugural season of Unrivaled. The team kicked off the second year of the tournament with a dominant 80-62 win against the Lunar Owls BC.

Gray exploded with 35 points on 14-of-20 shooting, while adding five rebounds, eight assists and three steals. She also shot the game-winning 3-pointer.
After the game, Hull was naturally in awe of the four-time WNBA champion, so much so that she posted how it’s way better to be her teammate than her opponent on the court.
“PLAYING WITH @CGRAY209 > PLAYING AGAINST @CGRAY209,” Hull wrote, along with a mind-blown emoji.
Gray was the Unrivaled Finals MVP last season, and she picked up where she left off in the tournament’s return.

With Gray leading the charge, Rose BC definitely has a good chance to repeat as champions. The team returns action on Friday against Vinyl BC.
