When you first start exploring Mexico in Death Stranding 2, there are just two optional facilities to add to the chiral network. You’re not forced to seek them out, but finding The Artist and The Bokka will add new tools to Sam’s arsenal that you’ll be glad you had from the beginning of the game, and don’t just pick up at the end.
In this guide we’re breaking down how to find The Artist and deliver cargo to them to get them onto the chiral network in Death Stranding 2: On The Beach. Other tricky facilities include the likes of Mr. Impossible and The Inventor.
If you want to get The Artist onto the chiral network, you need to have found some Lost Cargo bound for them. This isn’t optional, as just locating the facility will not allow you to add them to the chiral network.
If you haven’t found any Lost Cargo for The Artist yet, then take a look at the area between the C1 South Distribution Centre and The Bokka.
The Artist is at the top of the hill opposite the C1 South Distribution Centre. It’s a tough climb if you’re still early in the games, and vehicles without spiked tires will struggle to get up to the top, so you should pack light and go on foot.
