Friends of Laguna Seca has received a generous $500,000 donation from the Laguna Seca Raceway Foundation (LSRF) in collaboration with the Monterey County Parks Foundation (MCPF). This important contribution has the full support of both the LSRF and MCPF as Friends prepares to oversee the Laguna Seca Recreation Area for the next 55 years.
CEO Lauri Eberhart of Friends of Laguna Seca expressed gratitude for the continued backing of the Laguna Seca Raceway Foundation and the Monterey County Parks Foundation. She highlighted their shared commitment to honoring local history, culture, youth, and industry by prioritizing community access and enhancing the Laguna Seca Raceway and Recreation Area. Eberhart emphasized the value of their confidence in Friends as they embark on facility upgrades and improvements specified in their agreement with the County.
