Gabby Williams made her comeback on the American stage at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.
The No. 4 pick in the 2018 WNBA Draft by the Chicago Sky was sought after by Chicago’s rookie star Angel Reese after leading the French national team to a silver medal in a close match against Team USA. However, she humorously declined the offer and signed with the Seattle Storm.
The 27-year-old, a former national champion with the UConn Huskies, returned to the court as the Storm faced the Washington Mystics, resulting in a surprising 74-72 victory for the Mystics.
Ahead of the game, Williams impressed with her stylish outfit, including a red-and-white crop top, jeans, trendy sunglasses, and matching shoes. She added a touch of Parisian fashion with her gray-and-black Louis Vuitton bag.

As a key player for Seattle’s playoff run, Williams will be a significant presence on the court. It’s unfortunate that there won’t be a rematch with the Indiana Fever and Caitlin Clark in the regular season, given Williams’ move to the Storm. It would have been a highly anticipated game.
