ROTTERDAM, Netherlands — GLORY Kickboxing returns with one of its most anticipated events of the year as GLORY 103: Last Heavyweight Standing goes down this Saturday, August 23, live from the Rotterdam Ahoy in the Netherlands.
The event marks the launch of phase two of the unpredictable Last Heavyweight Standing Tournament, featuring 16 of the world’s best heavyweights battling head-to-head. The eight winners from this stage will advance to GLORY 104 on October 11, where two four-man tournaments will determine the finalists for the end-of-year grand finale.
In the main event, former heavyweight title challengers and GLORY superstars Levi Rigters (19-3, 9 KO) and Jamal Ben Saddik (38-10, 29 KO) collide in a blockbuster clash that promises fireworks.
The co-main event will see reigning GLORY Welterweight World Champion Chico Kwasi (44-5-2, 23 KO) defend his belt against undefeated contender Mehdi Ait El Hadj (35-4-2, 8 KO), who holds a perfect 4-0 record inside the GLORY ring.
Other featured bouts include the return of surging heavyweight Mory Kromah (34-3-1, 20 KO), fresh off his viral win at GLORY 100, as he takes on veteran Cristian Ristea (44-26, 13 KO).
Also on the main card, Romanian powerhouse Ionut Iancu (31-11, 13 KO) faces Serbia’s Rade Opacic (21-7, 16 KO), while fan-favorite Nabil Khachab (29-6-1, 4 KO) squares off with the UK’s Nathan Cook (7-3, 6 KO). Meanwhile, Milos Cvjeticanin (13-4, 9 KO) will meet knockout artist Colin “The Beast” George (24-13, 22 KO).
Adding to the drama, heated local rivals Don Sno (6-2, 3 KO) and Tayfun Ozcan (88-11-3, 28 KO) will finally settle their differences after trading barbs online.
