The Atlanta Hawks have already received trade interest on Larry Nance Jr., sources tell Marc Stein of The Stein Line. The Hawks acquired Nance last month from the New Orleans Pelicans as part of the Dejounte Murray trade.
The Hawks have been shopping Clint Capela for over a year, but have yet to find a trade to their liking as his market has been soft. Capela has one season remaining on his two-year, $46 million extension signed in 2021.
Nance has one season remaining on his two-year, $21.6 million extension signed in 2022. In 61 games last season, Nance averaged 5.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
