Amid the WNBA offseason, several Indiana Fever players have been taking other basketball jobs in the U.S. and outside the country.

Kelsey Mitchell, Lexie Hull and Aliyah Boston all signed with Unrivaled, the 3-on-3 women’s basketball league founded by Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier. The second season of the tournament kicks off in January.

Meanwhile, Aerial Powers, Shey Peddy, Natasha Howard and Makayla Timpson all took jobs outside the United States. Powers and Peddy are both in Turkey playing for Canakkale Belediyespor, while Howard is in China with Sichuan.

Timpson, who also joined Unrivaled as part of its “Development Pool,” is in the Czech Republic with USK Praha.

Powers, however, isn’t stopping at playing abroad. The 31-year-old guard, who joined the Fever via a hardship contract before earning a rest-of-season deal, is apparently playing in Athletes Unlimited (AU) Pro Basketball when it kicks off in Nashville in February.

AU Pro Basketball announced the news on Wednesday, writing, “bringin’ more POWER(S) to Nashville. Excited to welcome @wnba champion @aerial_powers23 to Season 5 of AU Pro Basketball.”

Powers, for her part, confirmed the development in the comments section of the tournament’s Instagram post and expressed her excitement about joining Season 5.

“Let’s gooo!!” Powers wrote, along with fire emojis. “Excited to be joining season 5!!”

For what it’s worth, several Fever players are also suiting up in AU Pro Basketball. Sydney Colson, Odyssey Sims, Brianna Turner and Bree Hall are all headed to Nashville as well for the competition.

For those not in the know, Athletes Unlimited is a unique 5-vs-5 basketball league that pits four teams against each other through four weeks of basketball.

What makes it unique is the fact that players are redrafted each week. That means players get a new team and set of teammates each week. The scoring system is also different, as the player with the most points on the leaderboard is declared the champion, instead of a team. Players earn points by winning a game or a quarter, making positive plays on the court and by being voted in the top three of the MVP race.

Sure enough, it will be interesting to see how Powers and her Fever teammates fare in AU Pro Basketball.
