Bushnell A1 Slope

New, portable size
Tour-level Accuracy`
What We Don't Like
Lacks some of the features of the mainline Pro X3
The Bottom Line
The Bushnell A1 Slope fills a much-needed gap in Bushnell’s lineup of rangefinders. Priced at $299, this budget beauty brings Tour-level accuracy down to a price point that’s affordable for all.

A new budget baller for Bushnell?
Bushnell is the number one name in the rangefinder game as evidenced by their domination of our Most Wanted Rangefinder testing for years on end.
But one thing they’ve always lacked is a budget offering. Where brands like Precision Pro, Shot Scope and more thrive in the $300 tier, Bushnell’s offerings have always far exceeded this price, even with their takedown models (like the Tour V6 Shift).
Now Bushnell has a challenger in the budget category and I’m super-excited about it. The Bushnell A1 Slope is a $299 mini rangefinder that packs “tour-level” accuracy into a smaller frame. No, that’s not “AI.” That’s A1, as in the steak sauce.
So, what, if any, sacrifices are there when compared to the top of the line Bushnell offerings? For $300 less than the baller Pro X3+ Link, you’re still getting:
Slope
JOLT vibration with PinSeeker technology
6x magnification
USB-C rechargeable
That’s a whole lot for less than $300. Sure, it doesn’t have the same 1,500 yard range as its big brother, nor the ability to connect to the Bushnell app for wind and weather calculations. But it does everything you need it to do to play a solid round of golf without the extra frills.
Sometimes, simple is better. Such is the case with the A1 Slope. For those who have always felt “priced out” by Bushnell’s flagship offerings, the A1 Slope gives you the trusted Bushnell accuracy in a package that’s as portable as it is affordable.
