TEMPE, Ariz. – Week Two of the 2025 ITA Summer Series powered by WTN rolled on across 10 host sites throughout the country, as more players continue on their journey of earning qualification into the ITA National Summer Championships in August.
Beginning with the ITA Summer Masters Series, the second batch of women’s qualifiers were determined at UC San Diego, as top junior talent shined in Week Two. Camille Allegre, a blue-chip prospect, topped a loaded field of players including her sister, Olivia, an incoming freshman at UC San Diego, in the final. UC Irvine’s Yen Nhi Huynh and Gonzaga’s Emily Robertson rounded out the four players who earned qualification into the National Summer Championships.
Across the nine ITA Summer Points Race Series events, Liberty’s Benjamin Sparks continued to shine, winning his second straight Points Race Series tournament to take a strong lead in the Men’s Points Race Standings. Sparks won the ‘A’ flight at both Week One at Wake Forest and Week Two at Liberty to lead the field with 740 total points.
Meanwhile, Texas Tech’s Elena Daskalova paces the Women’s Point Race Standings after reaching the final of the ‘A’ flight in Week Two at Trinity. The week prior, Daskalova opened the summer with a semifinal appearance in the ‘A’ flight at North Texas. Her 390 point total gives her a narrow lead against a dozen of players tied for second place with 370 points.
