Jaylen Brown and some other NBA players have selected Angel Reese as their choice for the WNBA Rookie of the Year, as reported by NBC Sports Chicago.
Support for Angel Reese’s campaign for the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year award continues to grow.
“House of Highlights” recently polled NBA players on who they believe should win the ROY award between Angel Reese of the Sky and Caitlin Clark of the Fever. Jaylen Brown and Immanuel Quickley both chose the rookie from the Sky.

Brown and Quickley are among the notable basketball personalities, including Dawn Staley and Juju Watkins, who have voted for Reese. However, despite Reese’s exceptional season, Clark is also performing at a high level.
Clark poses the biggest threat to surpass Reese in the Rookie of the Year race. She is averaging 16.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 7.8 assists per game in 24 games this season, shooting 40.3% from the field and 34% from beyond the arc.
Meanwhile, Reese is averaging a double-double with 13.8 points and 11.8 rebounds per game, shooting 41.1% from the field. She recently broke the record for consecutive double-doubles in the WNBA with 15 games, surpassing Candace Parker’s nine-game record.
