Jon Jones and Georges St-Pierre star in new Netflix MMA series

Jon Jones and Georges St-Pierre, two of the greatest fighters in mixed martial arts history, are also making their mark as movie stars.

Fans often place these MMA legends on the Mount Rushmore of the sport, with a combined cage record of 53-3 against top opponents.

Netflix’s new series ‘The Cage’ showcases several UFC stars, including 23-year-old Melvin Boomer as Taylor, a young martial artist aspiring to be a UFC legend.

In the series, Taylor faces personal and family challenges but finds himself in a rivalry that propels his career forward with the help of some familiar faces.

Aside from Jon Jones and Georges St-Pierre, ‘The Cage’ will also feature former UFC title contender Ciryl Gane.

Georges St-Pierre has previous acting experience in Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, while Ciryl Gane has appeared in other TV shows like Medellin and The Misadventures of Hedi and Cokeman.

In addition to ‘The Cage,’ Ciryl Gane is set to star in Den of Thieves 2 alongside Gerard Butler and 50 Cent, scheduled for release in 2025.
