JTCC at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, FL is in search of a Full-Time Coach for a position that includes a combination of salary and hourly pay with benefits.
A Full-Time Coach will:
- Organize and conduct high-quality lessons, clinics, and camps
- Teach on the court in various programs, with a focus on the Junior Pathway
- Have a proven track record of increasing participation in sports programs
- Teach approximately 34 hours per week
- Collaborate with the Tennis Director to identify areas of growth, revenue opportunities, or address any issues
Responsibilities:
- Be present on-site to fulfill tasks related to the position
- Create a fun, energetic on-court experience for all players
- Instruct clinics, group and private lessons, and support program events as necessary
- Ensure smooth operations by setting up equipment, taking attendance, and providing reports to the Tennis Director
- Offer input on players progressing along the JTCC pathway
- Produce progress reports for players after each session
- Respond to emails within a 24-hour period
- Build a client base for private lessons
- Attend professional development trainings and meetings
- Assist in planning and executing tennis events as needed
- Teach in various camps, including summer, winter, and holiday camps
- Participate in adaptive, outreach, and adult programs
- Promote programs and assist with other duties as assigned by the Tennis Director
Pay Range
Total Compensation Range: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year based on experience and qualifications
