Cuba’s Kevin Hayler Brown is set to make his return to the ring this Friday at the Caribe Royal in Orlando to defend his WBA Continental Americas super lightweight title against Puerto Rico’s John Bauza.
The talented Brown claimed the WBA regional title back in May after a thrilling split decision victory over his fellow Cuban Idalberto Umara.
Since making his professional debut in 2022, Brown has remained undefeated, winning all five of his fights with three of them ending in knockouts. He will face a tough challenge against Bauza, who brings with him a wealth of experience in the ring.
With a record of one loss in 19 fights, Bauza, hailing from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, has secured eight of his victories by way of knockout.
