With Kevin Durant’s offseason in full swing, he has been spotted a few times at WNBA games.
On Sunday, Durant was seen wearing a certain accessory that had some fans wondering if it hinted at any special significance.

What was Durant wearing?
When KD was shown on the broadcast, he could be seen with a Boston Bruins hat on his head.
Durant has been one of the top names known to likely be available in trade talks this offseason.
Does this mean Durant is going to the Celtics? Not at all.

Fans have talked about the potential of Durant being a Celtic for years, but this is just another coincidence that has nothing to do with a potential deal to Boston.
A few years ago, there was reportedly a trade offered to the Celtics that would have sent Durant to Boston, and Jaylen Brown to the Nets, but nothing ever came from it.
The Celtics have said that they don’t plan on parting ways with any major players this offseason aside from a couple exceptions, so they should be a team to look out for on the trade market, but KD seems like a stretch.

His timeline doesn’t exactly match Boston’s for what they’d have to give away in a deal.
The Bruins hat symbol is more of a fashion statement if anything from Durant, as he has been seen wearing it in the past just because he likes the colors and design.
It will be interesting to see how drama with KD develops as he could be moved this summer to his fifth NBA team.
