Just a post to say we’re still here… We’ve given the page above a bit of a refresh, but we’ve not seen any new deals crop up in the past few hours, so it’s quiet on the Garmin Deals front this Saturday evening.
2025-11-29T14:51:48.670Z
This is a big one, even by the standards of big black friday deals….
🚨 SAVE $500 on the super-premium Garmin Quantix 7X Solar 🚨
No, that’s not a typo. Yes, you can SAVE five hundred bucks on a watch that was originally $1,100. Yes, it is nominally a marine watch, but it has all the same multisport functionality as other top-end Garmin smart watches, as well as a host of marine functions (including those for fishing), all in an extremely classy package that shines next to the more tactical-looking options in Garmin’s range. Plus it comes with a silicone band too, for use when doing said multi-sports.

In the UK we don’t have wilderness. Not really. I’ve spent a tonne of time in Scotland and you can still get very lost, but not in quite the same way as you can in North America. You’re never really more than a few miles from a pub…
If you’re heading on some very remote bikepacking adventures then it probably pays to have something a little more dedicated than just your bike computer in case of emergencies, something like a Garmin inReach.
2025-11-29T12:46:42.035Z
One of the biggest deals we’ve spotted so far is this Fenix 8 smartwatch, and I’m happy to report that both deals – USA and UK – they’re both still on sale at these prices.
Up next, two Forerunner 265 deals, for our UK and US audiences repsectively.
2025-11-29T12:33:56.603Z
This Edge 840 Solar deal, found at Sigma Sports, is still on offer, with a countdown clock indicating 36 hours to go.
2025-11-29T12:32:22.046Z
Our early Edge computer finds are here, and sadly, not all of them are still available at their Black Friday price.
2025-11-29T12:27:25.582Z
And this best-ever price on the Fenix 7 Pro remains available too.
2025-11-29T12:24:55.085Z
The next two, one of which is for kids!
2025-11-29T12:21:51.403Z
Time for a bit of a price sweep…
Scrolling back down through this blog… we’ve shared a lot of deals and a lot of best-prices.
Here are a few of the standouts and a latest sit-rep on their price.
2025-11-29T11:38:02.680Z
Want that Apple Watch square look but haven’t got an iPhone? I got you… The Venu Sq 2 has much the same aesthetics, but with Garmin’s internals. An everyday wear that can take you from the office, to the gym, pool, golf course and beyond.
2025-11-29T10:20:56.611Z
Not a Garmin, but a Garmin-competitor… The Saris H3 Plus, the brands previous top tier model and competitor to Tacx models has just got a massive discount applied to it, making it cheaper than many entry-level models.
2025-11-29T08:24:51.566Z
Given how popular the entry-level Forerunner 55 smartwatch is I’ve just re-checked where the cheapest place to buy one in the UK is… and it’s now Amazon (again), with a white version at £120.32, a 33% saving. It was previously John Lewis, but the deal there is sold out.
2025-11-29T08:12:38.220Z
Good morning, deal hunters. I’ve just finished checking through our main live blog, most of which remained stable overnight. The Garmin world however is more fluctuant, so a quick digest if you’re landing here with your morning coffee…
UK prices seem stable from yesterday, in broad terms. Of the deals we’ve already highlighted the good news is that both the Varia Radar RTL515 (no camera) and the Varia Radar RCT715 (with camera) are slightly cheaper than they were yesterday.
US Prices are much more variable. The great deal on the Garmin 1040 computer has dropped from 30% to only 8, and been replaced by a bundle deal on the 1040 and a Varia radar with 31% off. The 1040 solar deal at Walmart is a little dearer, but the one to watch out for is the Amazon deal on the Garmin Varia RCT715… Yesterday the ‘before’ price was $349, knocked down to $280. Today the ‘before’ price is $399, with the price “reduced” to (you guessed it) $349.99, making it 99 cents more expensive than it was before the sales started. Sneaky.
2025-11-28T21:09:13.450Z
That’s the end of our deal hunting shift for Black Friday, we hope this live hub has been useful in helping you hunt for great Garmin deals.
We are signing off now, some of us to relax, others to hit the indoor trainer.
We will be back online in the morning, so check back in for more Garmin deals as we find them!

Tom’s been busy writing about one of Garmin’s big competitors in the bike computer space
It isn’t a Black Friday Garmin deal, but this competitor is the bike computer I’d buy in a heartbeat
I’m almost tempted to buy one myself now, after reading that!
2025-11-28T17:40:36.829Z
The Tacx Neo 3m has been Garmin’s flagship smart trainer since its launch a couple of years ago. Whether you’re training, racing, or just riding for fun, it’s one of the best smart trainers around with fast and accurate performance, simulated riding surfaces and built-in motion plates.
All these features come at a cost, with the TacX NEO 3M demanding a serious price tag. It’s rarely discounted too, so this is a great opportunity to save some money if you’re on the hunt for one of the best smart trainers.

Time for a quick price check on Garmin’s computers…
They’ve been on sale at Amazon for a while now, and although I hoped we’d see a further discount today, that hasn’t yet happened.
So for clarity, the best places to buy Garmin’s computers, are as follows..
2025-11-28T12:48:46.775Z
THE CHEAPEST PLACE TO BUY A FORERUNNER 55 IN THE UK IS NOW…. JOHN LEWIS
It’s only a few pounds cheaper than on Amazon, but every little helps this time of year. This is the same price it was initially on Amazon before the price went back up… All fun and games today at the deals coalface! This is only for the mint green colour though, for the white and black it’s no different than what’s on Amazon.
Forerunner 55 for £115.90
2025-11-28T09:24:08.061Z
I’ve found a decent deal on the Forerunner 165 to go alongside the very popular Forerunner 55 deal. The 55 is the baby of the range, with features that basically only cover run tracking. If you want a few extras, like more advance health and performance metrics, sleep tracking, nap detection (no, really), and multi-sport profiles, plus a touchscreen, then the 165 is the way to go.
2025-11-28T09:05:31.627Z
🚨 PRICE DROP ON VARIA RADARS 🚨
Having done my regular price check of our Editor’s Picks I spotted that both the RTL515 (that’s the radar and light combo) and the RCT715 (that’s the one with the camera) have reduced in price on Sigma Sports.
These aren’t often discounted, and are now at best ever prices as far as we can ascertain, so it’s the perfect time to grab them if you’ve been holding out.
2025-11-27T20:58:00.332Z
That’s all for today, folks. We are signing off and shutting down for the evening!
Tomorrow is the big day, we will be back bright and early with a hot cup of coffee, or two, to keep you on top of all the best Garmin deals as they come during Black Friday.
Thanks for following, until the morning! 🚴
2025-11-27T20:23:32.508Z
The Wahoo sale has 🚨 JUST GONE LIVE 🚨
Before you shout at me that this is a Garmin hub, I know, Wahoo isn’t Garmin. However, given their paths cross quite regularly in the cycling space, that’s big news to anyone potentially hunting for Garmin or Tacx tech.
Interestingly, there are only three deals available:
Kickr, down from $1049.99 to $787.49
Competitor to the Tacx Neo 2T, which is currently $899.99 at Competitive Cyclist.
Kickr Bike Shift, down from $2,549.99 to $1,912.49
A competitor to the Tacx Neo Bike Smart, which is $2,499.99 at RA Cycles.
and Kickr Run, down from $6,999.99 to $5,249.99
Not a Garmin competitor product, but I’m in for a penny at this point.
2025-11-27T18:24:24.784Z
One from Garmin’s sister company, Tacx now:
2025-11-27T17:16:11.924Z
If you are investing in a new GPS computer, then it’s worth getting a heart rate monitor if you don’t already have one.
Heart rate monitors are a valuable tool to help you track how hard you’re riding, how your body is reacting to the effort, when you’ve recovered and are ready to go again, and much more.
Garmin makes some of the best heart rate monitors however, to my surprise, there are currently no Black Friday deals on any of Garmin’s heart rate monitors.
The good news is I have found two really great deals on alternative heart rate monitors.

Our entrepide deals hunter, Paul Brett, has unearthed a brilliant discount if you are on the hunt for a top-spec smartwatch. This Garmin Black Friday deal sends the flagship Garmin Fenix 8 to its lowest ever price, knocking 25% off the flagship smartwatch.
That drops the Garmin Fenix 8 is down to just $749.99, from the list price of $999.99. This is the cheapest it’s been since launching back in August last year. Therefore, we’d fully expect this price not to last long, so we would suggest grabbing it while you can.
The page above has just been refreshed. A few more computer deals added, and a few of the prices changed to reflect what’s been dropped here in the live section over the past few hours!
2025-11-27T12:57:09.836Z
And to turn my attention more toward cycling for a moment, Garmin’s bike computer deals are as follows:
2025-11-27T12:29:56.645Z
Elsewhere, the Fenix E..
It’s currently down from £599.99 to £439.99, but it’s a bit of a black sheep in the Garmin lineup.
It was launched as something of a ‘value’ variant, with ‘E’ standing for ‘Essential’. Kinda like how Apple launched the iPhone 16e alongside the 16 and 16 Pro.
You’re limited to the 47mm case, and get a slightly smaller screen. You lose out on the Fenix 8’s Gen 5 heart rate sensor, and you lose out on the flashlight and speaker/microhone for voice-enabled features.
You get the big features like Garmin Pay, Spotify connection, but realistically you’re getting a watch that’s on par with the Fenix 7 or the older Epix. If you find a better deal on those, as we’ve shown are available, then my advice would be to get those instead.
2025-11-27T12:04:54.243Z
Interestingly, to add to the last deal, Garmin is selling the same Epix Pro Gen 2, 47mm, Sapphire watch too, but at £429.99.
Ironic, or perhaps just nominitive determinism, that Blacks would have the better Black Friday deal.
2025-11-27T12:02:34.743Z
Starting with the most expensive:
2025-11-27T11:39:43.062Z
Starting in the UK…
2025-11-27T11:39:13.969Z
I’m going to kick off with a roundup of what’s going on at Garmin’s own website.
At first glance, it looks like a lot of smartwatch deals, but let’s take a dive in to see whether any of them are better than we’ve already found elsewhere.
2025-11-27T11:17:11.049Z
Good (late) morning for those of you in the UK, and Good (early) morning if you’re in the US.
Josh here, taking the reins from Will. I’ll be here with you until around 9pm UK time, so plenty of time to keep an eye on the ever changing landscape that is the Black Friday Garmin deals in 2025.
2025-11-27T10:25:25.071Z
Hey, I’ve found a great deal on the watch I actually use myself, except the even better solar version!
2025-11-27T09:02:38.614Z
Here’s one for the runners…
2025-11-27T08:46:56.247Z
Good morning Garmin hunters, Will Jones here, Cyclingnews’ Senior Tech Writer and CDO (Chief Deals Officer) for the morning. I’ll be dropping any fresh garmin updates in here as soon as I come across them…
The biggest change that I’ve seen so far is that the best price on the extremely affordable Forerunner 55 is no longer in turquoise, but is now in white, but there’s only a few quid between them.
2025-11-26T17:21:42.851Z
And given it’s now dark outside (here in the UK), here’s a pertinent deal to wrap us up for the evening:
2025-11-26T16:45:24.654Z
And now briefly a deal for our UK readers:
2025-11-26T16:42:18.052Z
A quick detour from smartwatches over to GPS computers for a moment. Most of these deals are featured above already, but they’re good enough to repeat.
2025-11-26T16:21:09.406Z
“Not another one” – said in the voice of UK-famous Brenda from Bristol
2025-11-26T16:14:02.717Z
More watches…
2025-11-26T16:04:18.239Z
And since we’re kitting out the whole family:
2025-11-26T15:53:53.941Z
Next up, another smartwatch… this time the Epix Pro Gen 2, with its original price of £870.
2025-11-26T15:45:40.088Z
And for no reason at all, I’ll start with this Garmin Venu deal at Very here in the UK…
2025-11-26T12:17:40.233Z
Welcome to the live section of this Cyclingnews Black Friday Garmin roundup.
Over the coming days, we’ll endeavour to ensure the static pinned page above contains the best deals available, split by USA and UK territories, then split further by category.
But in this live ticker section, we’ll share deals as we find them, plus a bit of added chatter, advice, opinion, and so on.
