OU Esports unveiled a fresh League of Legends lineup for the upcoming 2024-2025 season last week.
Under the guidance of Coach Brandon “PenguinArchitect” White, the team features Isaiah “Nerf Mobility” Bergstrom in the top lane, Isaac “Spaceman 9057” Stein in the jungle, Alex “You Are Done” Pham in the mid lane, Josh “monstersummoner” Lor in the bot lane, and Lakin “Zoriya” Avants as the support player.
Pham, Lor, and Avants are returning members, while Bergstrom and Stein are the newcomers for this year. Collectively, the team boasts six years of competitive League of Legends experience from their time in both collegiate and high school settings, surpassing any previous OU League of Legends roster.
Coach White commented, “This team possesses more prior competitive experience than any other team I’ve seen before, with four players having multiple years of team play under their belts.”
For their competitive matches, the team will make use of the new OU Esports and Gaming Complex. Additionally, the facility provides top-notch gaming gear that will be utilized by certain players for practice sessions. For more information on the Complex or to book a reservation, visit their website.
