Nevertheless, after the disappointing Battlefield releases of previous years, a large portion of skepticism remains, of course – some in the community explicitly warn against too much hype and pre-orders in the face of leaks.
The 6 most important gameplay insights
The map destruction is more detailed and extensive than in any BF before, a player steers his tank into a house, which then collapses halfway and even leaves scratches on the vehicle.
The destruction is not only purely visual, but also has a direct impact on the gameplay: for example, a soldier is buried under debris and dies after a grenade explodes.
Complex Physicsseems to play a major role in general. When a player is hit by a large-caliber sniper rifle, it knocks him several meters backwards with an impressive ragdoll effect.
