Snyder-Ellingson is the granddaughter of In-N-Out Burger founders, Harry and Esther Snyder. She started her career with the company at a young age and eventually became the President and owner in 2010. Beyond her role at In-N-Out Burger, she has been involved in philanthropic efforts and authored a book about the company. Under her leadership, In-N-Out Burger has experienced significant growth, nearly doubling the number of locations across eight states.
With deep roots in California’s car culture, In-N-Out Burger has been a significant supporter of the racing community. Lynsi Snyder has personally been involved in drag racing and continues to compete in the NHRA. In-N-Out Burger’s involvement in various racing events and partnerships with drag racing organizations showcase their commitment to the motorsports industry.
The In-N-Out experience is part of a series of charity auctions organized by the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. Through the support of key industry leaders, organizations, and corporations, these fundraising initiatives help preserve the history and heritage of American motorsports.
Following the auction, the winning bidder and a guest will enjoy a one-on-one lunch with Lynsi Snyder at the In-N-Out headquarters, followed by a tour and training course.
