Position Overview
We are currently seeking a high-level tennis coach to join our team Bahrain, working at one of the country’s most prestigious 5-star resorts. The role combines coaching excellence, client care, and operational leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily private and group tennis sessions with resort guests and members
Design and deliver structured, high-quality training sessions adapted to individual needs
Represent LUX Tennis with professionalism, enthusiasm, and high energy on and off the court
Collaborate with the resort management team to coordinate tennis services and events
Maintain court scheduling and assist in organizing tennis-related activities or programs
Communicate effectively with guests and members to build rapport and ensure satisfaction
Candidate Profile
High-level tennis background (ATP / WTA / ITF experience preferred)
Minimum 2 years of coaching experience, ideally in luxury or international settings
Fluent English speaker – additional languages are highly appreciated
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Open to international relocation and culturally adaptable
Compensation & Benefits
Commission based on the tennis revenue generated.
