Position Overview
We are currently seeking a high-level Tennis/Padel/Pickleball Head Coach to lead a stunning facility featuring 10+ tennis courts, 4 padel, and 4 pickleball in the Dominican Republic. The role combines coaching excellence, client care, and operational leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and growing the tennis center
Focus on management and development with limited time on court
In charge of the Tennis & Padel Academy
Ensure the facilities are maintained to the highest standards in terms of quality, safety, and functionality
Candidate Profile
High-level tennis background (ATP / WTA / ITF experience preferred)
Experience managing tennis operations at a large Tennis or Country Club (high-end/luxury background is a big plus)
Fluent English speaker – Spanish is a big plus
Coaching experience required; knowledge of pickleball and padel highly valued
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
