Perhaps it’s concerned about the defensive line after losing Brandon Graham to retirement, Josh Sweat to the Arizona Cardinals and Milton Williams to the New England Patriots. No player appeared in more career games as an Eagle (218) than Graham and no free agent received more money (four years, $104M) than Williams.
Of course, only nine teams in NFL history have won back-to-back titles, so maybe it’s just playing the odds. Kansas City, the team Philadelphia beat to win Super Bowl LIX, accomplished the feat in 2024.
Does Saquon Barkley have anything left for 2025?

What a relief for Eagles fans who fear the NFL’s leading rusher might struggle after handling a career-high 345 attempts last season. Barkley carried the team in 2024, rushing for 2005 yards in the regular season, 100 yards shy of Eric Dickerson’s single-season rushing record set in 1984.
