Marvel Rivals, NetEase’s hero shooter based on the legendary comic book universe, is now available on PC and current-gen consoles. With a diverse roster of playable characters and a Season 0 battle pass hinting at upcoming cosmetics, it looks like this game could be a hit in 2024.
In Marvel Rivals, seasons will bring brand-new content like characters, maps, and modes at no extra cost. Battle passes will offer new cosmetics, with some items available for free and others exclusive to premium passes. Additionally, battle passes will not expire when a season ends, allowing players to complete them at their own pace.

Marvel Rivals Season 1 is expected to start in January 2025. Creative director Guangguang hinted at a January 2025 release in a recent video, but the exact date is still to be confirmed. Stay tuned for updates.
