Alyssa Thomas has forced herself into the WNBA MVP conversation.

She’s the first player in WNBA history to have 18-15-7-2 on 60% or better shooting, per the Mercury.

She’s one of the most gifted, high-IQ hoopers in the entire WNBA.
Phoenix is a new spot for her after spending her entire WNBA career before this season with the Connecticut Sun.
But so far, so good for Thomas. She continues to play like one of the best players on the planet, which is exactly what she is.
