Michael Jordan’s Brand Catches Strays as Angel Reese Vows Loyalty to $20BN+ Worth Company

Angel Reese’s loyalties are unwavering! She once expressed her desire for Michael Jordan to attend one of her games, showcasing her admiration for the Chicago Bulls legend. Even though she has never met him, Reese may still be looking forward to MJ’s presence. But does this mean she also supports his Jordan brand? Not necessarily!

In response to Dearica Hamby’s tweet, Reese inquired about learning to play spades, with Kahleah Copper from Phoenix Mercury correcting her to “*US.” Hamby then shared a video featuring playing cards with the Jordan brand logo, jokingly mentioning that she always carries cards in her purse.

However, Reese made it clear that she does not play with cards from that brand. Despite being an MJ fan, her loyalty lies with Reebok, the brand that will release her signature shoe in 2026. Reebok, under Authentic Brands, was valued at $20 billion by Bloomberg in 2023 and has since seen its stock rise.

Copper also chimed in, suggesting a preference for Adidas over the Jordan brand, stating, “Woaaahhhhhh /// stripes only.”
