Following months of anticipation, the matchup between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul was a major disappointment, leading to talks of a potential rematch.
‘The Problem Child’ emerged victorious when they faced off last month, but the bout failed to live up to expectations. Many fans were disappointed as both fighters treated it more like a sparring session, resulting in a decision victory. However, most were relieved to see the 58-year-old boxing icon leave the ring unharmed.
Now, three weeks after their lackluster showdown, Mike Tyson has received an offer that would be hard to turn down. Reports indicate that Turki Alalshikh from Saudi Arabia, known for revolutionizing boxing, is prepared to offer a significant sum for a rematch between Paul and Tyson.
Acting as the driving force behind the potential fight, Alalshikh has proposed a major stipulation to both parties if they agree.
If Mike Tyson can secure a knockout win within the first three minutes, he stands to earn $700 million.
FTTV Boxing reported that Turki Alalshikh had some strong words for Jake Paul.
“Jake Paul is a joke,” Alalshikh was quoted saying. “I am offering Mike Tyson $700 million to fight Jake Paul again, this time in a real fight, and win by knockout in under 3 minutes.”
