Nate “The Train” is anticipating another must-watch performance.
UFC 310, the final Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) pay-per-view (PPV) of 2025, is set to take place next weekend, featuring a lineup of exciting fights. Among them, one fight stands out above the rest: Nate Landwehr vs. Doo Ho Choi.
Landwehr vs. Choi kicks off the PPV main card on ESPN+, and “The Train” is incredibly excited.
“Oh, I mean, I had expectations,” Landwehr recently told MMAMania.com. “But then you start seeing some of the guys on the card, and it’s like, wow, okay. And then [the UFC] is sending them down [the card], okay? Nate the Train in the UFC, baby. Yeah, you just get hyped, man. You know your worth. You know your worth, but it’s nice when they’re like, ‘Yeah, we know. We know what you bring.’
The matchup between Landwehr and “The Korean Superboy” promises to be thrilling and potentially violent for as long as it lasts.
“The Train” is in agreement.
“I mean, it’s a matchup. He’s fast, he’s good,” Landwehr said. “I mean, everybody’s good. If it’s pretty, he’s probably going to do well. I gotta get in there, and Nate the Train style that joint. I gotta drag him, gotta hit him. I gotta hurt him.
I’m gonna go in there and start swinging and see what happens from there,” Landwehr continued. All the training is gonna kick in. I tell the young kids training can’t kick in until you get to fighting. You can’t be out here hesitating You can’t slip no punch unless you’re close enough to get hit. You know what I mean?”
You’re just too safe. So I gotta be like risk versus reward. I gotta definitely protect myself at all times because he got a nice laser beam of a right hand,” Landwehr concluded. “He’s got some weapons, but I got some weapons too. So it’s gonna kind of be like, who’s gonna get that right hand off first, you know? And then, so I gotta protect yourself. And, yeah, man, I’m excited.”
