Two Diana Taurasi Courts are coming to Phoenix soon.
The Phoenix Mercury will be opening their practice facility and revealing two courts named after Diana Taurasi, a basketball legend who has spent her entire WNBA career with the Mercury. The courts will showcase a logo inspired by Taurasi.
Located just a few blocks from the Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix, the $100 million facility is set to impress.
Mat Ishbia expressed his excitement about the $100M facility building.
Taurasi boasts three WNBA championships, six Olympic appearances, and the title of the WNBA’s leading scorer of all time.
The grand opening of the practice facility will coincide with the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game in Phoenix.
Unveiling will take place on Thursday, July 18 at the 58,000 square-foot facility.
