Polaris Off-Road Vehicles revealed the 2025 Polaris RZR Pro family on Thursday, focusing on driver comfort by redesigning the interior. The updated lineup will start shipping in August 2025.
Leading the pack is the RZR Pro R, known for its success in racing events such as SCORE International and Dakar Rally. It now features a dual retractor harness system for better passenger seating adjustment. The Pro R Ultimate trim includes a new subwoofer system from Rockford Fosgate, along with heated and ventilated seats.
All models, including the RZR Pro S and RZR Pro XP, have received upgrades like a new dashboard, improved seating, and patented cabin air intakes. The doors now come with a double latch and door seal, and the iconic RZR fang headlight has made a return.
Performance upgrades have also been made, with the Pro R retaining its powerful 225-horsepower ProStar Fury 2.0 engine. The Pro S and Pro XP models have a 181-horsepower turbocharged motor, with the Pro XP benefiting from the Pro S’ transmission and lower gear for uphill climbs.
Polaris’ general manager and vice president, Reid Wilson, stated, “With the 2025 RZR Pro lineup, we’re enhancing the rider experience and pushing the boundaries of style and performance. This lineup showcases our dedication to detail and our commitment to delivering excellence to our customers.”
Polaris has also introduced over 120 accessories, including bumpers and audio systems, to enhance the vehicles.
Each model will be available in two- and four-seat configurations, with the Pro S and Pro XP offering Sport, Premium, and Ultimate options, and the Pro R coming in Sport and Ultimate trims.
While Polaris’ upgrades may seem modest compared to rival Bombardier Recreational Products’ recent revamp, the success of Polaris in the UTV scene suggests that sticking with what works is the right move.
