World Boxing News has released the latest Pound for Pound Top 50 list for July 2024.
Oleksandr Usyk, the heavyweight champion, maintained his position at the top of the list, while Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez made a significant entry after defeating Juan Estrada, joining the likes of Naoya Inoue, Terence Crawford, Canelo Alvarez, and Usyk in the top five.
The top ten now includes Vasiliy Lomachenko, Dmitry Bivol, Gervonta Davis, Devin Haney, and Shakur Stevenson. Ryan Garcia, previously in the top ten, lost his spot due to a one-year ban by the New York State Athletic Commission.
David Benavidez has moved up to the top fifteen after his victory over Oleksandr Gvozdyk, while Estrada dropped to eighteen following his defeat. The Charlo brothers are now placed in the middle of the list due to a lack of activity and top-name opponents.
