The No. 6 overall pick in the 2023 draft tore through the minor leagues to make his MLB debut late last season.
In parts of two seasons in the minors, Wilson hit .401/.446/.606 with eight home runs in 307 plate appearances.
Although he had a short, underwhelming stint in the big leagues last year, Wilson dominated during spring training in what may have been a peak into what’s to come.
