Singapore Airlines (SIA) has announced the renewal of its title sponsorship for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix for another four years, reinforcing its enduring commitment to one of the most prestigious events on the Formula 1 calendar. This extension solidifies SIA’s partnership with the Grand Prix, a collaboration that has grown synonymous with the glamour and excitement of Formula 1 night racing.

Having first taken on the title sponsorship in 2014, Singapore Airlines will continue its support of the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX through 2028. The renewal ensures that this marquee event, scheduled from October 3 to 5, 2025, at the iconic Marina Bay Street Circuit, will retain its world-class status, delivering unforgettable experiences to fans from around the globe.

A Crown Jewel of Formula 1

Renowned for its unique cityscape and nighttime allure, the Singapore Grand Prix is celebrated as one of the most visually spectacular races in Formula 1. The street circuit, set against the illuminated Marina Bay skyline, provides a dramatic backdrop that has captivated audiences worldwide since the race’s inception in 2008.

More than just a racing event, the Singapore Grand Prix has evolved into a magnet for international business and tourism. It has significantly boosted Singapore’s profile as a global hub for innovation, entertainment, and commerce. The Grand Prix weekend is often complemented by high-profile conferences, events, and festivities, enhancing the island nation’s reputation as a world-class destination—and aligning perfectly with Singapore Airlines’ extensive global network.

Voices of Leadership

Mr. Lee Lik Hsin, Chief Commercial Officer of Singapore Airlines, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership renewal:“The Singapore Grand Prix is an important event in Singapore’s sporting and tourism calendar. It has become iconic not just for showcasing our beautiful skyline but also for highlighting Singapore’s position as a key global hub. This extension underscores Singapore Airlines’ long-standing commitment to supporting the development of sports and tourism in Singapore.”

Formula 1’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ms. Emily Prazer, echoed these sentiments:“We are delighted that Singapore Airlines will continue as the Title Sponsor of the FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX. Singapore has become one of the most revered Grands Prix on the calendar, and it is through the hard work and dedication of partners such as Singapore Airlines that we can continue to deliver such a strong event. We look forward to continuing to work with them to further elevate this event for years to come.”

A Partnership of Vision

The extended partnership reflects a shared vision between Singapore Airlines and Formula 1 to bring the best of sport and entertainment to fans worldwide. By leveraging the global appeal of Formula 1 and the unique allure of Singapore’s vibrant culture, this collaboration ensures that the Singapore Grand Prix remains a must-visit destination for motorsport enthusiasts and travellers alike.

As the lights prepare to shine on the Marina Bay Street Circuit for yet another exhilarating chapter, the enduring partnership between Singapore Airlines and Formula 1 promises to push the boundaries of what a Grand Prix can offer—on and off the track.
