Slaughter to Prevail singer Alex Terrible scores first-round finish in bare-knuckle debut, sets his sights on BKFC next

Slaughter to Prevail singer Alex Terrible was serious about pursuing a career in bare-knuckle fighting because he won his debut in Russia with his sights set on BKFC next.

The controversial musician previously teased his interest in the sport after signing with BKFC, but it turns out the promotion wanted him to get some experience before actually booking him for a fight. So he traveled home to Russia for his debut this past weekend before ultimately scoring a first-round finish.

“Thank you for your support guys,” Terrible wrote on his Instagram page. “I wanted to fight in BKFC in December, but they told me I need to have fighter license. So I decided to go to Russia and have a fight in RCC Hard [because[ in Russia nobody ask you for license. Well now I have it! Let’s see what’s next!

“I’m just a guy who follows his heart and this is awesome. I feel your support my friends and I glad I have a luck with this new things I do! I respect all my opponents and for me it’s just a sport. I understand that a lot of guys will knock me out and shit but I’m ready. I like this shit. I want it. I want to fight more this year. But music is my number one priority so we will see.”

Terrible’s win came against Mukhamedkhan Ospanov, who held a 1-3 record heading into the fight.

He said in his post-fight interview that he was actually disappointed that he earned a quick finish rather than going all three rounds afforded to him so he could gain more experience.

While he was excited to compete for BKFC, Terrible remains committed to his band with Slaughter to Prevail as they prepare to embark on a number of international shows to start 2025 before returning for some festival appearances in the United States.
