Smite 2 Closed Alpha 1 Patch Notes
The Closed Alpha 1 update was released on the 22nd of August, 2024.
A major addition is the solo queue for ranked play, allowing solo players to enjoy ranked matches without relying on team dynamics.
Gods now start at full movement speed from level 1, reducing the reliance on speed-boosting items in the early stages of the game and changing early strategies.
The update also introduces a new Infamy system in Conquest mode, where jungle camps level up and provide better rewards as players gain infamy. Future patches may address balancing issues with certain Gods.
You can read the full patch notes for more detailed information. It may be a lengthy read, so grab a drink before diving in.
We will keep you posted on any upcoming patches or server status updates.
