Get ready! Former UFC Heavyweight champion, Francis Ngannou, is set to make his highly-anticipated return to mixed martial arts (MMA) as he takes on the 6’8” 2023 PFL Heavyweight champion, Renan “Problema” Ferreira, for the newly-established PFL Super Fights Heavyweight championship belt on Saturday, October 19, 2024. The event will be held at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In the co-main event dubbed “Battle of the Giants”, the legendary women’s MMA fighter Cris Cyborg will go head-to-head with PFL two-division champion, Larissa Pacheco. Additionally, Middleweight champion Johnny Eblen will have a rematch against Fabian Edwards, while former Bellator Featherweight champion, AJ McKee, will face off against rising Irish talent, Paul Hughes, in the talent-rich Lightweight division.
The main card for the “Battle of the Giants” pay-per-view (PPV) event will kick off at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN+ (live streaming available on DAZN PPV in Europe and Canada). The “Prelims” will start at 1:30 pm ET and will also be aired on ESPN+ (and DAZN).
