The Golden State Warriors have been actively seeking to improve their roster, even amidst a period of transition. This includes engaging in trade discussions, with the exception of Stephen Curry.
“There are very few players in the league who are not part of trade talks. Steph Curry is not one of them. Everyone else is,” stated Warriors coach Steve Kerr during a recent radio interview.
Kerr was responding to rumors suggesting that Golden State might consider trading Jonathan Kuminga for Lauri Markkanen of the Utah Jazz. The coach emphasized the idea that in order to acquire talented players, it may be necessary to trade other valuable assets.
