The Phoenix Suns have hired Steve Nash as a senior advisor.
Nash previously worked for the Golden State Warriors as a consultant and then was hired by the Brooklyn Nets as head coach before the 2020-21 season. Nash was fired at the start of the 2022-23 season.
Nash has since worked in media as a co-host on Mind the Game and has joined Amazon Prime’s NBA coverage.
Nash played for the Suns for the first two seasons of his career and then again from 2004 until 2012. Nash won his two MVP awards with the Suns.
