Who is Hailey in The First Descendant?
Hailey is a Chill Descendant armed with an anti-material sniper rifle. She appears to specialize in dealing Chill damage, contrasting with Viessa, who focuses on debuffing and crowd control.
Here’s a breakdown of Hailey’s skills in The First Descendant:
Safe Strategic Retreat (passive): Weak point damage decreases when attacking nearby enemies, and increases when attacking distant enemies.
Cryo Round: Fires a Cryo Round that tracks the enemy, deals damage, and inflicts the Cryo effect to make enemies vulnerable to Hailey’s weapons.
Storm Snare: Fires a beam to knock back enemies and inflict Cryo.
Cold Fury: Reduces movement speed but significantly boosts Firearm and Skill Critical Hit Rate as well as Firearm Penetration. At maximum stacks, Hailey becomes immune to knockback and enhances her firearm and Skill Critical Hit Damage.
Zenith: Equips the anti-material Sniper Cannon, greatly increasing its penetration, Firearm ATK, and Chill skill damage. The weapon also recovers MP by hitting weak points and reduces Cooldown based on remaining bullets when the skill ends.
