NCSOFT regularly takes the Throne and Liberty servers offline for maintenance and updates to ensure a smooth gaming experience. Additional servers may also be added during peak times to accommodate increased player activity. Please note that the game will be unavailable during these maintenance periods.
As of September 28th, the servers are currently online. However, European players have reported connectivity issues and disconnections. NCSoft has acknowledged the problem and is offering compensation to affected players.
EU players experiencing issues will receive 500 Ornate Coins as compensation.

Throne and Liberty will undergo maintenance on September 27th at 1am PT, 8am UTC, 9am BST for a hotfix, with an estimated downtime of over 6 hours.
