The Bucs made a move recently hiring Zach Beistline to be their director of football research. This essentially means that they’ll have a game management coach to get in the ear of Todd Bowles on certain in-game decisions.
During a Pewter Report Podcast with Matt Matera, Scott Reynolds and guest Greg Auman, who broke the news, we discussed some of the time management and decisive problems Bowles has had as the Bucs’ coach. We all agreed that this move can help Tampa Bay immensely this upcoming season.
