TYPTI is a new modern thinking racquet sport that leverages the best of other racquet sports. It plays on a pickleball court, is extremely fun to play, and uses the ‘STAKES’ scoring method. TYPTI matches are loaded with highlight reel shot making, unbelievable saves and hero shots you don’t see in other sports. We’re building a vibrant ecosystem from the ground up, with a commonsense progression from local, sectional, regional to national competition for all ages and from amateur to professional. We’re looking for the following staffers…
Director of Competition – a visionary, results-driven person to lead the strategic and execution of TYPTI’s competitive ecosystem of tournaments and leagues from all ages and from amateur to professional.Timing – sometime in the second quarter of 2026
Webmaster – a code savvy person to manage and operate TYPTI.com, which includes: a large amount of constantly replenished content, dynamic rankings and ratings engines with databases integrated into live scoring, streaming video, a player portal, tournament platform, and e-commerce store.Timing – sometime in the first quarter of 2026
Social Media Manager – a creative, social media expert to ignite excitement around TYPTI’s competitive events, players, and community. The candidate would own TYPTI’s social presence across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn) to drive engagement, grow participation, and turn matches into must-watch events.Timing – sometime in the first quarter of 2026
Product Manager – a knowledgeable detail-driven person to own the TYPTI’s official equipment, gear and merch portfolio including rackets, balls, bags, strings, grips, clothing, and accessories.Timing – sometime in the first quarter of 2026
Director of Sales – a deal closing, relationship building, creative person to drive and maximize revenue at TYPTI. Sales products will include but not be limited to sponsorships, partnerships, events, media rights, licenses and franchises.Timing – sometime in the second quarter of 2026
Director of Business Development – a jack of all trades brand rainmaker who will help build the event and business ecosystem, drive growth, adoption and participation, and in general be an ambassador for TYPTI.Timing – sometime in the second quarter of 2026
Director of Marketing – will lead the strategic development and execution of campaigns to build brand awareness, drive fan engagement, grow attendance and audience for TYPTI. This role will oversee digital marketing, partnerships, content creation, and media relations to establish the league as a premiere sports property.Timing – sometime in the fourth quarter of 2026
Director Of Finance / Legal – oversee financial and legal operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, purchasing, growth strategies, funding, sponsorship, and all financial endeavors.Timing – sometime in the fourth quarter of 2026
COO / Commissionaire – a buttoned-up partner to the CEO who will execute and oversee the majority of internal direction and elements of TYPTI as well as a lot of external.Timing – sometime in the second quarter of 2027
