Main Event: Ankalaev vs. Pereira 2 – UFC Light Heavyweight Championship
After capturing the light heavyweight crown by defeating Pereira, Magomed Ankalaev (20-1-1, 1NC) returns to defend his title. The Russian powerhouse is known for defeating top contenders like Aleksandar Rakić, Johnny Walker, and Anthony Smith, and now aims to assert dominance over the former champ once more.
Alex Pereira (12-3), a knockout artist and two-division world champion, is out for revenge. With highlight-reel knockouts over Israel Adesanya, Jiří Procházka, and Jamahal Hill, the Brazilian striker looks to reclaim gold and resume his historic rise in the UFC.
Co-Main Event: Merab Dvalishvili vs. Cory Sandhagen – UFC Bantamweight Championship
Merab Dvalishvili (20-4), riding a 12-fight win streak, defends his bantamweight title for the third time. After wins over Sean O’Malley (twice), Umar Nurmagomedov, and Henry Cejudo, Dvalishvili is considered one of the pound-for-pound best.
Cory Sandhagen (18-5), a technical striker and rising star, seeks his first UFC title. With victories over Deiveson Figueiredo, Rob Font, and Marlon Vera, Sandhagen’s versatile skillset makes this a must-watch clash.
