The 2025 schedule for the Ultimate Fight Championship starts with a bang this Saturday as women’s strawweight contenders take the stage. Ranked sixth, Mackenzie Dern (14-5) will face off against eighth-ranked Amanda Ribas (13-5) in a highly anticipated rematch in the main event of UFC Vegas 101.
The two fighters previously met at UFC Fight Night 161 in October 2019, where Ribas handed Dern her first career loss. Now, six years later, both athletes have evolved as fighters. Both women successfully weighed in at 116 pounds for the upcoming bout.
